Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Program Manager and IT support staff.
- Greet customers, answer customer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate resources for assistance.
- Coordinate customer appointment scheduling and follow-up.
- May be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of reports and other presentation materials.
- Create and edit text documents and templates.
- Create and edit spreadsheets and utilize formulas.
- Utilize spreadsheets and formulas in Excel.
- Management, tracking and resolution of support tickets.
- Coordinate and maintain roster/reports for various departmental functions.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative support in a customer service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, 365 etc.).
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Must be proactive and work independently.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must follow-up on requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
- Experience in DoD environment preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
