The Team
Join our Quality, Safety & Improvements Team, part of the central Ground Operations function. This team sets the policies and procedures for safety, readiness, regulatory compliance, training, and continuous improvement in Ground Operations, supporting a safe and on-time operation.
The Role
As an Assurance and Safety Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality assurance activities across ground operations. You’ll assist in planning and delivering departmental standards assurance programmes, support the identification and tracking of non-conformities and corrective actions, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and contractual obligations.
You’ll collect and analyse quality-related data from audits and feedback, prepare reports and dashboards for management, and identify trends to inform improvement actions. You’ll support the implementation and follow-up of quality improvement initiatives, maintain up-to-date documentation, and work closely with airport teams, ground handlers, and internal departments to achieve safety and assurance objectives.
You’ll contribute to training and awareness efforts, provide timely feedback to partners, and promote easyJet’s safety and quality standards. You’ll encourage proactive reporting, open communication, and a continuous learning mindset. You’ll also support the safety manager and assurance manager in data analysis, meeting preparation, and delivery of safety campaigns and communications.
