As Workforce Analyst - Intern you will support the Workforce Analysis Manager in activities related to workforce analysis, planning and HC optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and strategic workforce management while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Essential Responsabilities
Data Analysis Support: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data using tools such as Excel and analytics software
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to support the team’s strategic decisions
Collaboration: Work closely with the Workforce Analysis Manager and other team members to ensure the success of workforce planning initiatives
Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research on best practices to improve workforce management processes
Operational Support: Assist in daily departmental activities, including document management and communication with other business teams
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field
Interest in data analysis
Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and, preferably, familiarity with analytics tools, such as Power BI or similar.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
Fluent Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
