This is a full-time, position primarily responsible for the implementation of the annual Marketing Plan against the approved budget and schedule. The Marketing Specialist will execute and manage all marketing initiatives across the divisional companies (Reliance Aerotech Services Inc., Flight Crews Unlimited Inc., and Navhouse Corporation) for the purpose of:
- Attracting qualified client and candidate leads.
- Nurturing and engaging leads.
- Supporting the sales force in closing business.
- Increasing brand awareness.
- Enhancing and communicating corporate brands consistent with company identity, values, mission, and strategy.
The role reports to the CEO and requires close partnership with the GMs of the divisional companies and the contracted Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Reporting:
- Review and comment on the annual marketing strategy and brand proposition.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual marketing targets with the CMO and CEO.
- Track and report regularly on actual performance versus target KPIs and resources used.
Research and Analysis:
- Manage and publicize results for the annual “Best of Staffing” surveys.
- Conduct brand awareness surveys and competitive analyses (top 5 competitors, marketing initiatives).
- Monitor employee feedback mechanisms like Glassdoor.
- Analyze job board utility and research alternative talent acquisition methods.
- Monitor for potential infringement of company tradenames and marks.
- Comment on the use of new technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance marketing efficiency.
Brand & Content Management:
- Manage the online and physical brand presence (e.g., employee LinkedIn, social media, marketing collateral, promotional products, business cards).
- Ensure all communications conform to the approved style guide.
- Update and create marketing collateral and manage website content updates.
- Manage the blog calendar, write/wordsmith blogs, post, and share on social media.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Review external communications from the sales/recruiting teams for brand consistency and professionalism.
External Relations:
- Manage media advertising and sponsorships.
- Manage trade show participation (TEAM Reliance).
- Field and pitch PR requests, speaking opportunities, guest blogging partnerships, and article contributions for company thought leaders.
- Write employee award recognitions for the CEO.
- Manage relationships with all external vendors (job boards, agencies, PR, creatives, web design, print/promotional materials).
- Work with the CEO in drafting the annual report for stakeholders.
- Communicate the company mission, vision, and values to co-workers.

- Location: Pensacola, FL or Smyrna, TN or Richmond, IL (Not available for work-from-home in the first year).

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation Range: US$75,000 to US$85,000, depending upon qualifications.
