The Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers located at Hill AFB, Utah location. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS StandardsLead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintaining interdependenciesEnsure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule dataAdvises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risksIdentifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the scheduling processParticipate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and auditsOther duties as assigned

Bachelors degree in finance, program management, accounting, business or a related fieldAbility to understand financial principles and understanding of complex dataAbility to gather, analyze and summarize data to develop appropriate actionsStrong negotiating and interpersonal relations skillsAbility to follow processes and procedures and to direct others in doing soCapable of receiving feedback and directionAbility to maintain composure and communicate using logic and data driven metricsComfortable communicating with all levels of personnelDesire to learn and ability to quickly adapt to technology/softwareDesire to develop synergy with peers and program team and to work cross-functionallyStrong leadership and presentation skills with the ability to affect changeThis position requires an individual to be a U.S citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
