Description:You will be the Quality Analyst Senior for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) in Grand Prairie, Texas. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured, repaired, and procured products meet or exceed design and process requirements.

The selected candidate for this role will maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement while providing Quality Engineering support for the production of mechanical manufactured components and assemblies.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Quality Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for providing quality engineering expertise to support the programs quality objectives, leveraging your experience in developing and reviewing quality standards, planning, methods, and procedures. You will play a critical role in analyzing and resolving process issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality products are delivered to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes
• Analyzing quality data on yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance aging
• Leading program parts review and corrective action meetings
• Performing assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance
• Evaluating design assurance activities and production process methodology
vInterfacing with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues
• Utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.

Hands on experience dealing with inspection of hardware and rework / repair of hardware.

Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools.

Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.

Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Effective communication skills, written, oral, listening, technical writing.

Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

Demonstrated presentation skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Desired Skills:
Experience with use of manufacturing, inspection gages or measuring equipment.

AS9100 interpretation, application experience, and compliance auditing.

Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.

Experience working with Government customers and suppliers in a sustainment environment.

Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement.

Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
