As Service Lead Master Scheduler you will plan and coordinate maintenance, repair and overhaul activities to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate with various departments, in order to optimize resource utilization and improve productivity.You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule MRO activity by gate developing and maintain detailed production plans for all MRO activities

  • Collaborate with Production & Service Teams to ensure capacity are allocated efficiently

  • Monitor and update production schedules based on changes in priorities and Customer needs

  • Collaborate with the Material & Planning and CRO Planning Teams to ensure schedule plans

  • Track project progress and identify any delays or issues

  • Monitoring performance KPI by Gate: OTD, Delinquency and TAT

  • Provide leadership in developing new advanced planning tools to model, simulate and release optimized plans and KPIs

  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve and ensure delivery of financial commitments

  • Implement Lean principles (FLIGHT DECK) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering field

  • Previous experience in master scheduling or planning roles, preferably in Aerospace or Aeronautical industry

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Fluent Italian and English

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous experience in CRO/MRO business

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in using planning and production management software
