Role Description:
The ServiceNow ITSM / Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and tools.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Technology Analyst to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow integrations and custom workflow automation solutions using API’s, AppEngine and Creator Studio. The role involves integrating ServiceNow with external systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Experience :
Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
With 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow complex environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong technical skills, including: Programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java), Integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC), API design and development, ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts)
Experience in Integration Hub.
Knowledge of ITSM industry trends and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks.
Strong troubleshooting skills for integration and workflow issues.
Experience & CompetencesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
Experience with Agile Development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
ServiceNow certifications (Integration, Development, or Administration).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, or similar)
ServiceNow AppEngine/Creator Studio certification or equivalent experience
Roles and Responsibilities :
A.ServiceNow Integration & Development:
Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR, Active Directory) using REST/SOAP APIs,JSON, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors.
Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and other integration interfaces to support data exchange between systems
Configure and customize ServiceNow to support integration requirements, including creating custom tables, fields, and forms.
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and business rules to support integration logic and data processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging and testing integrations.
B.Workflow Automation & Customization:
Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB, to align with business requirements.
Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency.
C.Data Management & Optimization:
Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
D.Testing, Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations, including design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements.
Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices in ServiceNow and integration development.
