Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an opportunity in Florence, SC.

Work arrangement:

Fully onsite support position in Florence, SC
W2 position; 12 months
Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level (Public Trust) US security clearance.

Position summary:

The Workstation Support Analyst performs everything from software installation to troubleshooting applications to rebuilding workstations.
Effective communication and customer service are key to enabling users’ productivity by ensuring their equipment works properly.

Top skills:

Microsoft Teams, Office and Windows experience
Troubleshooting

Nice to have:

CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred

Minimum required work experience:

2 years of technical operations support experience

Required education/equivalency:

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field;
OR, 2 years of job-related work experience (total 4 years without a degree).
