Job Title: Avionics Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. This position involves the fabrication and installation of basic avionics and electrical systems, along with assisting in more complex installation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Bell helicopters and Airbus aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install basic avionics and electrical systems.
- Assist with more complex installation tasks.
- Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors to facilitate avionics installation or repairs.
- Complete light sheet metal fabrications to facilitate avionics installation or repairs.
- Assist with wiring harness maps or mock-ups.
- Complete wiring harness fabrication and installation.
- Complete antenna installations.
- Complete coax installations.
- Complete or assist with OHM and power checks.
- Complete or assist with ground checks.
- Terminate wires.
Essential Skills- Experience with avionics installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with helicopter avionics.
- Standard aircraft wiring practices.
- Light sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical components.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience with avionics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Bell helicopters and Airbus aircraft.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
