By leveraging your PLC expertise, you will support site equipment improvements, obsolescence management, and new technologies initiatives.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:- Deliver controls and instrumentation support for production, working across three units.Propose and support NPI (New Product Introduction) control projects.- Manage contractors and ensure Site Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.Lead annual machine backup and archive control.- Engage with the digitalisation team and drive machine connectivity innovation.- Provide mentorship, facilitate internal training, and contribute to our centre of excellence for control support.- Anticipate and fulfil internal customer needs, representing Facilities at key meetings.Apply lean methodologies (6S, DMAIC, 5S) to drive continuous improvement.- Support compliance audits and operational excellence initiatives.

Job Requirements:
