Summary:
Designs and implements embedded software systems for advanced defense applications
Develops software solutions to support real-time control functions and mission-critical operations
Integrates complex navigation and targeting features into embedded platforms
Ensures system functionality through rigorous testing, debugging, and validation cycles
Participates in Agile development sprints to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
Supports the creation and management of technical documentation and operational workflows
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance Required to Start
High School Diploma or GED
Development and maintenance of real-time embedded software applications using C++
Hands-on experience with Ada
Software functionality experience in:
GPS-aided inertial navigation
Guidance and autopilot systems
Launch sequence and control
Gimbal line-of-sight (LOS) control
IR seeker image processing
Mission data transfer
1553 interface algorithms
Hardware/software integration
Full software development lifecycle, including:
Requirements analysis
Design, coding, integration, test, and verification
Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
