Our Electric Power Systems team within Power and Controls is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented CIPT (Component Integrated Product Team) to drive new product development. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire engineering lifecycle from program direction at inception to hands-on problem-solving and leading root cause investigations.

Assist with creating, tracking, and supporting program plans, including budgets and schedules, helping ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
