At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for an Engineering Administrator to be the backbone of our engineering team—keeping projects on track, documentation flawless, and communication seamless. Your role will directly impact the efficiency and success of critical aviation projects, helping us deliver innovation that soars.
What You’ll Do Every Day:
Document Management: Maintain, organize, and ensure accessibility of engineering documents, drawings, specs, and technical manuals with impeccable accuracy.
Project Support: Assist with project scheduling, track progress diligently, and keep stakeholders informed about key milestones.
Communication Hub: Serve as the vital link within the engineering department, handling inquiries and facilitating smooth communication across teams.
Administrative Excellence: Manage correspondence, prepare insightful reports and presentations, coordinate calendars and meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and project records, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Quality Assurance: Support quality audits and inspections to uphold our strict adherence to industry standards.
Procurement Assistance: Help allocate resources and manage procurement needs for ongoing engineering projects.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a productive and well-functioning engineering workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Proven organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
Proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.

Trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the aviation or engineering sector.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $75.00 per hour
