The Team
When it comes to making low-cost travel easy, safe and reliable, there is no team more crucial than Engineering & Maintenance. This 800-strong community keeps our A320 and A320neo fleet performing at industry-leading technical reliability standards. The team is diverse, collaborative and united by the Orange Spirit – supporting each other, sharing expertise, and taking pride in delivering safe and efficient operations every day.
The Role
Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme is designed to fast-track your career in one of the most exciting engineering environments in Europe.
You’ll begin with a three-week induction, giving you an immersive introduction to our culture, values and the heart of our operation. After that, you’ll rotate across core engineering functions over two years, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to vital, business-critical projects.
Your placements may include but aren’t limited to:
> Supply Chain Management
> Fleet Technical Management
> Maintenance Operations Control
> Logistics
> Base and Line Maintenance
> Powerplant
The programme also offers international exposure across our European network, working with teams in locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland. Throughout, you’ll be supported by a dedicated mentor, access to industry-leading training, and a network of specialists who will help shape your development.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for graduates who bring curiosity, drive and a genuine passion for engineering.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
> Hold (or are about to complete) a degree in Aerospace Engineering or a similar discipline
> Have strong technical acumen and an interest in aircraft systems
> Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
> Bring a “can-do” attitude, customer focus and commercial awareness
> Are eager to learn, open to new challenges and ready to grow
> Are willing to relocate and enjoy working with different cultures and nationalities
