We are easyJet – a FTSE-100 listed, £multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.
We fly more than 1,000 routes, connecting 35 countries across Europe, and employ more than 18,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
At easyJet, keeping our fleet moving safely and efficiently is what we do best — and our Engineering & Maintenance team is at the heart of that mission. As our Lead Liaison Engineer, you’ll step into a pivotal leadership role, acting as a key link between easyJet and our contracted Line and Light Base Maintenance Providers across the network.
In this unique role, you’ll not only retain all responsibilities of a Liaison Engineer, but also act as deputy to the Line Maintenance Manager. Supporting network-wide performance, leading on new initiatives, and ensuring that our outsourced maintenance operations deliver to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships with our providers, helping us deliver safe, timely, and cost-effective maintenance across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for operational excellence, who thrives in a fast-paced, high responsibility environment and who’s ready to help drive easyJet’s engineering operation to the next level.
Your Mission:
As Lead Liaison Engineer, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of our contracted Line and Light Base Maintenance operations with easyJet’s internal processes. · Collaborate with MOC: Ensure AOG recoveries are supported by effective provider communication and local capability guidance.
· Champion Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment across all touchpoints.
· Contribute to Strategic Projects: Support cross-departmental projects as needed.

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
· High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and AMOS.
