About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Support Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of aerospace maintenance engineering, ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of mission-critical aircraft systems.
You’ll work closely with engineering teams, program managers, and customers to analyze complex systems, develop technical documentation, and influence product design — all while supporting some of the most advanced aircraft in the world.
Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance
What You’ll Do- Analyze engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements.
- Influence product design for improved supportability and maintainability.
- Develop fault isolation procedures and systems theory documentation.
- Conduct engineering analyses to validate maintenance data accuracy.
- Create and review logistics support documentation (ILSP, PSAP, MTA, LORA, etc.).
- Provide technical solutions and evaluate customer maintenance operations.
- Develop maintenance procedures and support equipment recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in working group meetings.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Work within budget and schedule constraints in a fast-paced environment.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
- Experience interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with Technical Orders and military aircraft maintenance procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree or additional years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-HDBK-502A.
- Proficiency in LSA tools (e.g., Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog).
- Familiarity with military/commercial maintenance publications and systems.
- Experience with B-52 Bomber or AWACS aircraft systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpreting technical documentation.

Pay Details: $43.46 to $56.09 per hour
