As an RF Engineer, Senior you will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting RF hardware systems, including prototype and deliverable hardware. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and deployment of RF systems.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot RF hardware systems, including prototype and deliverable hardware
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and deployment of RF systems
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures for RF hardware systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot RF system performance issues
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate RF hardware with software systems
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on RF system design

Successful applicants will typically possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3-5 years of professional experience
Basic Qualifications:
Skill Requirements:
• Experience with testing prototype and deliverable hardware
• Experience in working with and testing FPGA or SoC based hardware
• Familiarity with programming languages such as MATLAB, C++, and/or Python
• Experience with RF lab measurements, testing, and troubleshooting

Security Clearance Requirements:
• To meet requirements of the program/customer, this position requires the selected employee to be a U.S. Citizen.
• Selected candidates will be required to obtain (and maintain), a minimum level of Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience using Xilinx tools sets (Vivado and Vitis) for testing and troubleshooting FPGA hardware
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting digitally implemented RF hardware systems
• Familiarity with JTAG and SPI interface protocols for digital hardware
• Experience with RF system design, simulation, and analysis
• Knowledge of RF communication protocols and standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
