We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) as part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Contributing to the successful completion of major projects that support strategic priorities or difficult technical objectives, the Manufacturing Engineer understands advanced manufacturing technical principles, theories and concepts to develop imaginative manufacturing technology on existing or advanced designs, concepts, processes, systems and tools.
Working under general direction, the individual possesses unique Manufacturing Engineering knowledge in specialty and advanced manufacturing technical areas.
Represents Production Engineering as manufacturing technical contact on projects, programs and/or cross functional teams.
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Manufacturing Project Engineer

Direct supplier facing experience either supporting production or industrialization of product.

Develop scope of work, resource estimates, progress metrics, and communication cadence for overall project management to meet mission critical objectives.

Works through a disciplined approach in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing tasks and projects to achieve specific goals to specific success criteria.

Work and deliverables reviewed and checked through team leadership, Project/Program management, and Functional management to adequately meet objectives.

Mentors and shares manufacturing technology with teammates and colleagues.
