Senior System Engineer – IVVQ

We are looking for Senior System Engineer – IVVQ to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team.
The IVVQ will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities. They will ensure all products adhere to the highest quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing testing protocols, analyzing outcomes, and continuously improving processes on new and legacy systems.

Responsibilities:
IVVQ Strategy and test plan definition
IVVQ tasks definition and estimation
Identify IVV requirements on the solution and the suppliers
Define test means
Define high level test procedures
Requirements:
Master’s degree or Bachelor degree, preferably Engineering or Information Technology; Proven project management skills (IPMA, PMI degree is a plus);
Familiarity with military systems and high-integrity environments
Experience using tools such as IBM Rational DOORS
System Engineering experience with a background in delivering IVVQ for complex ITC Infrastructures in Connectivity / Cyber Security/ Digital Transformation projects
Knowledge of at least 1 Architecture Framework (UAF, NAFv4)
Strong knowledge of IVV methodology according to INCOSE
Knowledge and ability to work within an agile environment
