We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for:We are seeking a talented test engineer with a mechanical or aerospace engineering background to support a major US Air Force Program. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical component, subsystem, and full system tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. A strong candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in a Test Engineering role. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-functional team environment and directly support our nations war fighters. Responsibilities

Generate Test Plans that provide verification of system requirements and identify necessary test equipment, fixtures, and facilities.Collaborate with multi-discipline design team to produce Test Procedures and Data Collection methods.Coordinate, schedule and lead test activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards.Familiarity with Mil-Spec testing requirements as well as vibration, shock, and environmental test methods and equipment is desiredPerform Test Readiness Reviews and produce Test ReportsLead both in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of high-speed cameras, telemetry systems, onboard instrumentation, and data recorders.Perform preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test de-brief to engineering team and customersCoordinate with appropriate program, engineering and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phasesMust be able to communicate effectively (verbal and in writing) and have good organizational skill.

Bachelors degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering and minimum of 5 years of related experience, masters degree in engineering and 3 years of related experienceExperience with U.S. DoD product developmentActive Secret clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required How We Care
