Job Summary
Responsible for preparing financial reports and research, while supporting the business by providing analysis and insight in such areas as financial and expense performance, forecasting, growth initiatives, working capital and investments. Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets, analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related analysis.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop reports and dashboards of KPIs and key business metrics
- Develop departmental budgets
- Update short- and long-term financial and operational forecasts
- Provide business analysis and financial modelling
- Assist leaders with trending, benchspaning and analysis of results
- Support strategic planning efforts through analysis and financial planning
- Assist with preparation of monthly business review materials
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Mathematics or Economics from four-year college or university; two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong Financial Planning and Analysis background

- Assess situations and supports decisions by researching, validating and organizing a variety of defined and undefined observations or issues in a fact-based detailed-oriented manner
- Develops and presents recommendations from accurate assessments and/or analysis
- Serves as an active participant in the development of basic analysis, identification of concerns, and the validation of observations and risks
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines
Computer Skills
- Intermediate with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Adaptive and Power BI preferred
