Responsibilities
- Drive Talent Acquisition: Take an active role in recruiting by phone screening top candidates, coordinating interviews, and contributing to debrief sessions that help bring the best talent on board.
- Ignite Employee Engagement: Fuel a vibrant workplace by supporting initiatives that empower and energize team members every day.
- Collaborate with High Performance Teams: Jump into High Performance Teams to spark innovation, solve challenges, and push continuous improvement forward.

- Master HR Operations: Manage vital HR administrative tasks with precision, keeping data secure and up-to-date to support smooth, confidential operations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration or similar degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Presents self in a professional appearance and manner
- Organized, efficient and able to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues
