The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Production Engineering Team is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Technology Analyst to join our T-7A Production Engineering Team. This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices
Leads activities for improvements to engineering designs, manufacturing processes, large-scale systems integration and software applications
Approves supporting processes and related documentation
Leads consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production
Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production
Leads technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan
Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements. Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Education (e.g. Bachelor) and 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years related work experience or14 years related work experience)
Experience in Boeing advanced manufacturing environment

Summary pay range: $97,750 - $132,250
