Pay Rate: $30.77 – $33.65/hour (commensurate with experience)
Work Environment: Onsite
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
About the RolePDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst in driving procurement excellence. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and supporting the full procurement lifecycle for high-impact aerospace programs.
What You’ll Be Doing- Prepare and issue purchase orders while negotiating pricing and terms.
- Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address escalations and ensure on-time delivery.
- Reconcile invoices in partnership with Accounts Payable.
- Support root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and quality issues.
- Act as a liaison between Supply Chain and cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Planning, Operations).
- Communicate order status, changes, and cancellations clearly and efficiently.
- May lead small-scale projects or process improvements.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or
Advanced degree in a related field, or
In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience. - At least 1 year of experience managing purchase orders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military purchasing experience.
- SAP system experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace or defense procurement processes.

Pay Details: $30.77 to $33.65 per hour
