Job Title: Aircraft Repair Technician Job Description
Join our aviation team as an Aircraft Repair Technician on the 2nd shift. This direct placement role offers competitive hourly pay with a shift differential. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with potential overtime including Saturdays.

- Perform mechanical assembly and repair parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Work on final assembly and small part assembly tasks.
- Conduct aircraft repair and ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the repair shop.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Any premiums associated with these benefits will be communicated to you annually in open enrollment
materials. The cost of your premium, if any, will be deducted each month from your payroll check
for the following month’s coverage as long as you are enrolled in the plans.
Generally, eligible employees may enroll for benefits the first of the month following their date
of hire. Afterwards, coverage may be available if you have a qualifying event or during the next
annual Open Enrollment Period.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify, or
terminate, in whole or in part, any or all of the provisions of the benefit plans described herein.
Further, the Company reserves the exclusive right, power, and authority, in its sole and absolute
discretion, to administer, apply and interpret the benefit plans described herein, and to decide
all matters arising in connection with the operation or administration of such plans.
6.1 HOLIDAYS
All full-time regular employees will be eligible for holiday time off immediately upon employment.
AMETEK observes 11 paid holidays per year. A list of holidays observed will be published annually.
Holiday pay will be calculated based on the employee’s fixed payroll rate times an eight hour
increment that the employee would otherwise have worked on that day.
Paid holidays are not counted as hours worked in the calculation of overtime pay.
If a holiday falls during an employee’s approved vacation period, the employee will be paid for the
holiday and will not be charged a vacation day for the day the holiday is observed.
In the event that an employee has an unplanned, unapproved absence the day before or after a paid
holiday, the employee will not be paid for the holiday.
Employees on leave of absence are not eligible for holiday pay.
6.2 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN
The Company’s 401(k) savings plan permits employee participants to make voluntary contributions,
through payroll deductions, up to maximum allowable amounts permitted by the plan. The program
includes a “Company match” that enhances the value of employee
contributions and retirement savings.
