HCH Aviation is seeking a skilled and motivated A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) Mechanic to join our team at the Nacogdoches, TX location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of Tecnam aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and the highest safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure all maintenance actions are documented in accordance with FAA regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with flight school staff, students, and management

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must provide own basic hand tools
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
