Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Build electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting.

Responsible for performing self-inspections, recognizing defects, and ensuring products meet quality standards by following work instructions and drawings.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience as an Electromechanical Assembler working with IPC-620 standards.

The following skills must be clearly listed in the candidates work experience:

Hands-on experience with IPC-620 standards, including:

Crimping open and closed barrel terminals

Coax (BNCs, Virginia or Mac Panel)

Soldering

Solder sleeves

Daisy chains

Solder splices

Ability to perform self-inspections (understanding acceptance criteria and defect recognition)

Mechanical and electrical experience with subassemblies

Proficiency in torque tools (setting and applying correctly)

Skilled in cable routing, including bend radius, service loops, and wire dressing

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality production

Ability to follow work instructions and interpret technical drawings

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
