We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Engine Technicians in our newly renovated engine overhaul shop. Specializing in Rolls-Royce M250 helicopter engines, you will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for recent graduates from aircraft maintenance programs who are eager to grow and develop their skills in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Start as a parts cleaner and progress to disassembly and cleaning within the first week.
• Move between disassembly, cleaning, and inspection within six months.
• Become independent in buildup and assembly around the one-year mark.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform maintenance tasks on the building as needed.

• Diploma in aircraft maintenance (DEC) from lENA
• 2 years of experience using mechanical tools (wrenches, ratchets, sockets) in a production environment.
• Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and verniers.

Work Environment

The shop floor features a single-level layout for easy access to parts with a forklift. The team consists of 10 technicians with experience ranging from 3 to 15 years, and one welder. The work environment is predominantly male and French-speaking, so bilingual proficiency is essential. Safety is a priority, and employees are required to wear safety boots and glasses. The pace of work is steady, and the culture emphasizes mutual respect and pride in workmanship.
