JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Structural Mechanic

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Perform basic fitting, drilling, and riveting operations using hand tools (e.g., pneumatic drills, rivet guns, countersinks, reamers, files) under guidance.
Ensure all work meets instructions provided by experienced team members and/or Quality Control Inspectors.
Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand task requirements.
Align and assemble parts using fixtures, clamps, and fasteners.
Observe and assist with tasks to build knowledge and gradually work independently with less supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
Entry-level; strong mechanical aptitude required.
Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred.
Ability to read measurement scales and perform basic shop math.
Comprehension of written documents and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good housekeeping and safety practices required.
Proficiency with basic computer software.
Must be able to lift and transport up to 40 pounds.
Flexibility to work any shift.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
