Job Title: Graphite Assembler
We are hiring immediately for a Graphite Assembler .
What you will be doing as a Graphite Assembler :
In this role , you can expect to assemble, bond, and rework a variety of graphite parts and assemblies. Youll also have the opportunity to assist higher grade Assemblers, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Graphite Assembly : Assemble, bond, and rework graphite and sheet metal details using rivets, fasteners, screws, and liquid adhesive
Graphite Layup : Utilize standard methods to lay up graphite parts
Surface Preparation : Sand and finish graphite parts to prepare for painting, ensuring an even and smooth surface
Oven Operations : Load and unload graphite assemblies in the oven, curing them to bonding specifications
Tool Utilization: Operate small hand tools, sanders, rivet guns, drills, gauges, and other measuring instruments
What you need to be successful:
A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
Ability to work in an environment exposed to heat
