• Join our team as an Aircraft Structural Technician, where you will play a crucial role in performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed wing military aircraft.
• Your work will contribute to the mission of protecting the American warfighter by installing cutting-edge technology onto military aircraft.

• Perform classified heavy modifications on C-130 and P-3 airframes.
• Participate in depot level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
• Engage in sheet metal fabrication, aircraft maintenance repair, riveting, and blueprint reading.
• Utilize rivet guns and conduct aircraft sheet metal repair and aviation modification.

• Ownership of tools with toolbox shadowed and tools etched or colored.
• Stable job history with a preference for less job hopping.
• Pass a sheet metal test on Day One, with potential pay increase for high scores.
• Military experience requires 6+ years of aviation structures experience.
• Civilian experience requires at least 4+ years total.

• Interest in long-term career opportunities and growth.
• Experience in modification, heavy maintenance, and/or repair.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Completion of FAA Drug Test and a 7-year check.

• Work in a climate-controlled FAA regulated hangar.
• The position offers four 10-hour shifts, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with flexibility to work the second shift if needed.
• Regular overtime is available but not guaranteed.
• Enjoy full medical benefits and 6 paid sick days.
• Employees are eligible for a long-term, open-ended contract with the potential to transition to direct employment.
• Per diem is available for those living outside a 75-mile radius from the worksite.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
