Minimum Education
University Degree, or similar level of education, preferred. CIPD/SHRM accreditation or similar HR professional qualification.
Minimum Experience
Seven to ten (7-10) years’ experience in progressive HR management positions, with direct reports
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
-Experience working with business leaders/executives in decision making-Thorough knowledge of International HR standards and principals -Managing teams in multi sites Internationally-Demonstrated Leadership and Management Experience in a professional, dynamic environment-Collaborative, team-oriented leader-Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects -Continuous improvement
