The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Contract Management Specialist to support the E-7 program in Tukwila, WA.

Position Responsibilities:
Exercise appropriate signature authority while leading and participating in negotiations and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing, and the licensing of intellectual property to align with company strategies
Lead the presentation and development of complex business solutions aimed at preserving and expanding the business
Represent the company in external negotiations with a diverse range of customers
Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret, and administer legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company
Facilitate coordination and collaboration with other internal functional disciplines
Summarize complex contractual issues and spearhead the development of creative solutions while coordinating contractual risk mitigation efforts
Serve as the primary liaison to United States Government (USG) Contracts Organizations, overseeing a wide range of acquisition and execution activities
Collaborate with government partners and program managers to ensure compliance with contract obligations
Negotiate favorable business deals that align with company objectives
Safeguard Boeing’s intellectual property through diligent oversight and management
Foster relationships with programs, functional organizations, and Integrated Product Teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of defense contracts or related experience
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Experience in the aerospace industry
Certifications in Contract Management from organizations such as the National Contract Management Agency are desirable

Summary pay range: $83,300 – $112,700
