Job Description:
We are currently offering an opportunity in Tablada PreFAL in Seville, in the Medium and Light (M&L) assembly line.
Inside Production Quality, your mission is to increase the Customer satisfaction and to reduce the non-conformity level. You will work close to FAL, Procurement and our MFT.
Activities:
- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements.
- Data mining.
- KPI and reporting.
- Facilitation of PPS.
- Active participation or leadership in APQP and prevention solutions: PFMEA, build process, MSA, control plan...
- Review process performance and product adherence to standards.
- Assess the reliability of processes.
- Repeatability of processes. At initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
A previous experience in the M&L Program and in Product Quality.
Knowledge and experience in PPS with different solving method.
Knowledge in of SAP, DeMat, NCCAPA
Proactive person.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized & Structured.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
