Skills You Bring To this Role
- Proficient with CAMS, iMRO, SAP, and have ability to read engineering drawings
- Lead cross-functional team to acquire 10% defect / cost reduction annually
- Leads by example and motivates their team to create a challenging, empowering, and collaborative working environment
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications
Preferred Skills:
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Repair/Overhaul production leadership role.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Must possess technical knowledge of blade assemblies and repair processes.
- Must possess technical knowledge of composite repairs, cure
