As our Senior Product Researcher, you will be a hands-on expert responsible for executing critical research studies. You will transform customer data and stories into clarity, directly helping product, spaneting, brand, and leadership teams make smarter, faster, more customer-informed decisions that shape the future of our travel platform.
What You Will Do
Design and execute a range of complex research studies, covering both foundational discovery and rapid iterative product testing.
Independently turn qualitative findings (interviews, usability) and quantitative data (surveys, behavioral metrics) into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product features and experience decisions.
Act as a subject matter expert for specific product areas or customer segments, sharing deep domain knowledge across teams.
Contribute to the growth and maintenance of our centralized customer-knowledge system, ensuring research outputs are accessible, structured, and leveraged by the wider organization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to embed research findings into every phase of the product lifecycle.
Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate research insights effectively to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders, translating "what" customers do into "why" they do it.
What Success Looks Like
Research insights you deliver are frequently cited and directly incorporated into product roadmap decisions and new feature development.
You are recognized as the go-to expert for customer understanding within your focus areas.
You help elevate the teams research quality through rigorous methodology and insightful analysis.
Your work contributes demonstrably to continuous improvement in key customer metrics, such as NPS, app ratings and reviews, and repeat booking satisfaction.
What You Bring
4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in user research, UX research, or consumer research for digital B2C products, with a proven track record of influencing strategy or growth.
Mastery of both qualitative (e.g., interviewing, ethnography, usability) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, A/B testing analysis) research methods – and the ability to choose and execute the most relevant approach
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; you are highly effective at synthesizing complex data and insights into memorable, persuasive narratives.
Strong collaborative instincts and experience working alongside product, technology and design teams in a fast-moving, agile environment
Bonus: Familiarity with travel, lifestyle, or spanetplace products.
