In this dynamic role, you’ll play a critical part in building complex aircraft systems from the ground up—bringing together structural assemblies, systems components, and advanced materials that power next-generation aviation.

What You’ll Be DoingAs an Assembly Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the flawless assembly and installation of major aircraft systems and components. Your day-to-day will include:
Assembling aircraft components into subassemblies and final systems using advanced tools and precise techniques
Mating metallic and non-metallic structural assemblies and ensuring seamless integration
Installing critical mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Using fastening methods such as bolts, rivets, soldering, crimping, swaging, connectors, or adhesives
Conducting tests using mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment
Collaborating with engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical accuracy and customer satisfaction
Troubleshooting assembly challenges and proactively identifying improvement opportunities
Maintaining safety, quality, and production standards across all assigned work
What You’ll Need to SucceedRequired Qualifications:Proven experience in aerospace assembly or a related high-precision manufacturing field
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
Proficiency with hand and power tools, testing equipment, and safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Flexibility to work any shift as required
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:Formal technical training or certification in aerospace assembly or related trade
Experience interfacing with engineers, suppliers, or quality control teams
Familiarity with various aircraft systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical)
Understanding of aerospace compliance, safety, and quality standards

Pay Details: $57.95 per hour
