As the Manufacturing Engineering Productivity Lead (Power), you’ll play a key role in driving productivity improvements across three major product families: Power 777X ELMS, Power Gulfstream, and Power Military. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree (upper second-class) in a relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent work experience).
This role requires strong experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.
Desired Characteristics
Ability to develop CAD models for tooling and fixture design.
Strong communicator with an ability to work across, and alongside, production, engineering, and other support functions.
Comfortable working independently, defining scopes of work, and delivering projects in accordance with this scope.
Experience working withing GE Aerospace’s FLIGHT DECK model and/or Lean manufacturing methodology (training can/will be provided).
Demonstrated ability to deliver medium-to-large scale transformation projects in a technical engineering setting.
