Job Description:
Manage and improve internal information systems, documentation, and databases to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders, by implementing AI chatbot (2026).
Update and consolidate SOP of all teams annually according to practices and compliance with regular updates (maintenance and troubleshooting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), MOE (Maintenance Organization Exposure) etc.) in collaboration with accountable stakeholders
Drumbeating and reporting on improvement projects (e.g., TOOLS optimization, POL central warehousing, Everbridge testing, Citadel) ensuring alignment on project timelines and operational tasks.
Support the implementation and adoption of new tools (Google Workspace, Gemini) systems and processes (SAP P11, following workshops) coordinating user guides, reports, training, before and after Go-Live.
Oversee and improve the consistency and coordination of audit finding follow-ups (develop a tracking system and process to ensure timely closure of audit findings and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration). Quality audit support to be reviewed and matching Airbus template.
Continuous monitoring of project progress. Track project timelines on a weekly basis and update with actual start/finish dates. Define counter measures and recovery schedules with the team to maintain the customer delivery date.
Data governance: data tagging focal point for AHSA TW
Act as a focal point for any regional project or cross-country initiative within APAC.
Participate in the Crisis Management Team (CMT) as a log keeper, taking charge of follow-up actions and scheduling tabletop exercises to ensure comprehensive preparedness.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of efficiency-enhancing solutions within operational workflows.
Conduct basic research and data gathering to support strategic initiatives or operational analyses.
Assist in the preparation, formatting and distribution of presentations, reports, and other business-critical documents.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members on operational procedures and tools, as required.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key operational metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure adherence to company policies and established procedures in all administrative and operational activities.
Take the minutes of meetings for ops and management meetings.
