Job Description:
As a wholly-owned aviation technology service enterprise of Airbus Group, we are based in China and serve aviation customers throughout the Asia-Pacific region, committed to providing one-stop aircraft component full life cycle management solutions for airlines and MRO customers.
The company holds 10 authority certifications from the Civil Aviation Administration, including CAAC,FAA, and EASA, etc. We have obtained the authorization qualifications of more than ten Original Equipment Manufacturers i.e. OEMs and have established a complete aviation maintenance service network in China and Asia-Pacific region.
Relying on the globally leading aviation industry resources of our parent company, we are looking for a talent who are strategic and business development experts in the European market to jointly promote the construction of international services.
1.Strategy and business development
To manage opportunity leads and projects in the Business Development pipeline, supporting Eltra financial objectives.
Lead the expansion of OEM cooperation in core economic zones such as France, Germany and the United Kingdom, as well as neighbouring countries, and formulate and implement the annual implementation plan. Seek potential OEM partners by participating in industry exhibitions, seminars, targeted visits and other forms.
Establish sustainable partnerships, achieve the addition of two strategic cooperative OEMs annually, and reach the benchmark line of 1 million Eur in basic business revenue. Communicate cooperation intentions with new partners and prepare documents such as NDA, MOU, and Cooperation agreements. Organize an internal team to analyse and study the market research, customer demands, revenue scale, competitive situation and other aspects involved in the cooperation with potential partners
Maintain existing OEM partners, build a value-added service system, and expand new service scopes and maintenance capabilities. The internal team of the organization conducts analysis and research on market research, customer demands, revenue scale, competitive situation, etc
2. Full-process business management
Coordinate the entire cycle management of international cooperation negotiations and contract execution
Establish a key performance indicator monitoring system to ensure that the entire project process complies with Airbus management standards
3. Global collaborative operation
Establish a cross-time zone collaboration mechanism to coordinate the technical expert team and operational support resources of the Beijing headquarters
Regularly submit strategic market analysis reports, including regional competitive landscape, project analysis and business growth forecast
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with Bachelor or above degree, in aviation engineering, International Business or Business Administration major.
EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in strategic business development experience in multinational enterprises (OEM/MRO/ Airline fields preferred)
LANGUAGE: English, Chinese or French is a plus
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Have a deep understanding of European business culture and the operation mechanism of the aviation industry
It possesses a core resource network of the European aviation industry and successful cooperation cases
Working experience in procurement and supply chain is preferred

Good business communication skills in English are mandatory. Good proficiency in Chinese and other languages are optional and preferred
