Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst (f/m) to join our CyberSecurity team for Extended enterprise department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team improving the Cybersecurity in Airbus REgions, Affiliates and suppliers.
As part of the CyberSecurity for Extended enterprise department, you will be involved in enhancing the Digital Cybersecurity level and improving the effectiveness of Airbus affiliates and partners.

Your challenges:
Affiliates/suppliers assessment activities
Perform or support the Cybersecurity assessments: Assessments sessions preparation and management, affiliates cybersecurity level evaluation and challenge, report description, remediation plan building in collaboration with affiliates and closure process
Perform or support the on demand assessments and recommendations
Remediation plan follow-up
Affiliates support and accompaniment to fulfil remediation plan and reach minimum level of cyber security
Update and continuously improve the cybersecurity assessment process and templates, in compliance with Airbus cybersecurity standards and Directives evolution
Cybersecurity activities during M&A (Merge & Acquisition) or affiliate transformation projects
Support definition and involvement of Digital Cybersecurity activities within M&A or transformation projects
Support cost model definition and/or budget evaluation associated to Digital Cybersecurity activities within the projects
Digital Cybersecurity assessments of target models during all the phases of M&A or transformation projects
Digital Cybersec recommendations and risk analysis,
Monitor efficiency and satisfaction level
Coordinate with Digital, Corporate Security teams and other stakeholders
Maintain and keep up to date cybersecurity project documentations
Update and continuously improve the cybersecurity assessment process and templates, in compliance with Airbus cybersecurity standards and Directives evolution
Support Product Management
Return of experience collection and capitalization following affiliate cybersecurity assessments (including affiliates needs of solution and affiliate alternate solutions used)
Enrich and keep up-to-date Affiliate cybersecurity repository and id cards, including synchronization with other stakeholders
Support and foster synergies between affiliates (affiliate cross-fertilization) on Cyber security topics
Contribute to the affiliate cybersecurity strategy for affiliates evolution and improvement
Support and contribute to affiliate meetings and boards preparation
Enrich, maintain and keep up-to-date Affiliate dashboards around cybersecurity activities
Contribute to cyber security for affiliates new solutions definition or existing solutions evolutions
Your boarding pass:
Academic background specialised in Information Technology or Cyber Security;
Organised with a proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and utilise time effectively in a challenging environment to drumbeat the activity;
Able to manage and follow-up task in project mode;
Able to influence technical teams;
Motivated to succeed, solution focused and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player for stakeholder management and customer relationships;
Previous work in a multicultural environment:
A negotiation level of English is required;
French would be a plus.
