On the predictive pod of the Ops Digital Decision Science (ODDS) department, we build and deploy data science and predictive modeling tools to support this complex operation. ODDS is currently seeking a graduate-level intern Data Scientist to develop insights, machine learning models, and solutions aimed at continually improving airline performance and decision-making. The candidate should have good organizational and communication skills and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Computer ScienceExperience working with relational databases (SQL)Understanding of Machine Learning techniques (Python, SciKit Learn, R, SAS or other machine learning platforms)Good written, oral communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to commit to the duration of the internship timeline: August 18, 2025 through December 12, 2025.Working as an intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
