ABOUT THE JOB
  • Serve as the primary contact for managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and payroll colleagues on all HR administrative matters.

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.

  • Manage absence and leave procedures, including record-keeping, follow-ups, and communication with all relevant parties.

  • Handle personnel administration, such as preparing new employment contracts and maintaining accurate data across our HR systems.

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on absence and leave regulations, escalating complex queries to appropriate specialists when needed.

  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimising processes and helping our department achieve its objectives.

ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year in HR)

  • Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French
