ABOUT THE JOBServe as the primary contact for managers, employees, HR Business Partners, and payroll colleagues on all HR administrative matters.
Support the implementation of HR strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.
Manage absence and leave procedures, including record-keeping, follow-ups, and communication with all relevant parties.
Handle personnel administration, such as preparing new employment contracts and maintaining accurate data across our HR systems.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on absence and leave regulations, escalating complex queries to appropriate specialists when needed.
Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimising processes and helping our department achieve its objectives.
ABOUT YOUBachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year in HR)
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French
