As a bachelors Intern in HR, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects related to different fields within HR operations. You will work closely with experienced professional, developing your skills and knowledge in HR operations, HR processes, process streamlining, etc.

Site Overview

Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process Streamlining and Simplification: Assist in the mapping out of the existing processes and identifying areas of improvement. Subsequently work towards sharing recommendations/recommended process steps.
• VOC: Help in getting the feedback from different stakeholders and embed the same in the simplified process.
• Presentation: Contribute to team activities and assist in writing plus presenting findings to internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Project Support: Assist in driving the projects to success, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in general management preferably Human Resources or a related field. Should obtain NOC from college to pursue summer internship
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic excel skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity to learn
