ABOUT THE JOB: - Prepare financial and content proposals for group series tours
- Select and benchspan product options for competitive client quotations
- Liaise with global Key Account Management for client retention
- Act as local point of contact for digital transformation initiatives
- Deliver sales targets based on Total Transaction Value (TTV)
- Co-create new concepts and product lines within organizational guidelines
- Coordinate with supply teams on hotel scoring for client use
- Coordinate with operation teams on product NPS scores
- Collaborate with sales channels to integrate client requirements into platforms
ABOUT YOU: - Sound experience in tours and activities industry (Product, Commercial, or Operations)
- Good local/country tours product knowledge with E2E understanding
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic
- Exceptional ability to work with multinational colleagues
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, resolute, and organized approach to task management
- Great numerical and reasoning skills
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (particularly Excel, Power Point)
