Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Value Stream Integrator (VSI) to join our VSI team in Huntsville, Alabama.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrate & lead cross-functional team(s) through the value stream (Proposal, Work Induction, Manufacturing, Shipping, Closeout, etc.)
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific business operations
As required, assist with develop of Estimates to Completions (ETC) and participate in Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews as required
Participate in monthly Business Operations Reviews
Support the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience in cost, schedule and technical management
3+ years’ experience in partnering with cross-functional teams
3+ years’ experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Experience implementing Lean Principles
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
Experience leading various problem solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or other assessment, audit and investigative models)
Experience employing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques either as a project manager, control account manager, or control account manager assistant
Experience in manufacturing operations, program management, project management and/or business operations
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: USD $79,050 – $106,950
