The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for sewing assemblies according to work instructions , drawings, and Standard Practice. The operator will assemble the parts utilizing single needle, double needle, and task specific machines. The Operator will perform all duties outlined in the basic training checklist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•tPerforms tasks assigned by lead and production manager.
•tParticipates in training programs.
•tAccurately reports all labor transactions.
•tSupports and trains new employees as needed.
•tSupports company goals and missions.
•tComplies with all safety regulations.
•tMaintains a clean and orderly area.
•tSupports the continuous improvement goals of the company.
•tComplies with all rules, regulations, and procedures of the company.
•tContinuously works as a team member.
•tAdheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture,
•tRegular, predictable attendance is required;
•tOther duties may be assigned.
