About the RoleLocation: Berkeley, MO
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-month contract)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (Start between 7–8 AM, End between 3–4:30 PM)
Pay Range: $22.45–$28.31 per hour
As a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician, youll work alongside engineering teams to design and build custom electronic test equipment. Youll interpret schematics, fabricate hardware, and perform system integration—all while contributing to the success of mission-critical aerospace projects.
What You’ll DoInterpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
Select appropriate tools and materials for fabrication
Fabricate, assemble, and modify test fixtures and components
Conduct routine tests, collect and analyze data, and document results
Perform pre-test setups and post-test teardowns
Troubleshoot basic electrical and test-related issues
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet project milestones
Receive hands-on training and mentorship to grow your skills
What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience:
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeters
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Detail-oriented and capable of working under close supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a lab or test environment
Familiarity with aerospace components or systems
Technical certification or coursework in electronics or mechanical systems
