This role will focus on supporting safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards across our shopfloor operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong German and English language skills and a passion for fostering a safe and efficient work environment.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment while contributing to critical safety initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Work Instructions: Review and generate safety work instructions for machines and job positions to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Shopfloor Posting: Post safety work instructions in designated shopfloor areas for easy access and visibility.
Support People Leaders: Provide assistance to people leaders by preparing and facilitating training activities related to safety work instructions.
Supervisory Tool Integration: Review opportunities to implement safety work instructions into supervisory tools such as Gensuite, SAP, or other relevant systems.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a student in a university program (immatriculated).
Proficiency in both German and English languages.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Interest in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
